本事务所的合伙人律师日下部真治参加了2008年11月24日在北京召开的国际律师协会仲裁委员会（IBA Arbitration Committee）及中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）共同主办的研讨会"Evidence Procedures and Ethics in International Arbitration"。以中国及其他亚洲国家为中心，很多国家的法律界学者及执业人参加了该研讨会。日下部律师在"Introduction to the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest and Report on recent decisions (by national courts and international arbitration bodies) relating to the application of the Guidelines"为题的会议中发表了演讲。
