片山 达

金融交易法、资本市场法、私人持股法、不动产法

片山达律师是安德森・毛利・友常律师事务所的合伙人之一，他主要负责代理外国客户办理国际银行法务、金融法务以及证券法务。本事务所经常被各大法律期刊(如《国际商会与欧洲货币》)称为日本银行及资本市场方面一流的律师事务所，而片山达先生则经常被称为这个领域的一流的律师。片山 达先生在应收交易额等资产的证券化与货币化方面、在日本法规下进行国际贸易的建构方面、以及日本境外债务人的货币资产债务配置的完善问题方面，有着非常专业的经验。在金融事务上，片山达律师经常与海外的法律顾问协同工作，因而很好地满足了海外客户以及日本设在海外的子公司的需求。
